Unfiltered, Carbonically Fermented OrangeOver the past decade, weve fallen deeply in love with whole-grape, low-extraction carbonic fermentation as a way of delivering delicious, fresh expressions of our intense Santa Barbara County red grapes. In 2020, we decided to experiment with the technique on white grapes to make an orange wine.Pressing the whole grapes after only 7 days allows the native fermentation to finish as liquid only, removed from the skins. This delicate extraction ensures a clean, balanced fresh orange wine. We then capture this fresh profile by bottling early, in mid-January.

Deep Down is a refreshing new look at Marlborough. All certified organic, these are honest wines forged with intuition and heart. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. A single vineyard expression from the Ashmore Farm on the Southern side of the Wairau Valley at the foothills of a small mountain range (Around 450m elevation).

The "Whole Cluster" Pinot is gorgeously aromatic, with aromas of fresh berries, blood orange, and flower petals. On the palate the wine is decadent and smooth, with wood spice and juicy bing cherry.

Niederosterreich, Austria - Completely hand harvested in small batches. 100% Estate grown. A touch of oak. Few months spent in large Slovenian oak vats. A classic Gruner Veltliner with lots of apple and citrus. Crisp with a traditional peppery hint.

Bright pink in color and lively in the glass. Crisp with notes of strawberry and raspberry on the palate, and lovely notes of lilies on the nose.

Black and red berries, dry and tannic yet mellow and smooth, well balanced.

Known for its zesty acidity and distinctive floral and citrus notes, this wine enjoys a unique geography that contributes to its distinctive character. The vineyards are often just a stones throw from the Mediterranean Sea, nestled around the tang de Thau, a large saltwater lagoon famous for oyster and mussel farming.

Charles Bove Brut is composed of a selection of juice from white chalk soil vineyards in the Touraine appellation and is based heavily on Chenin Blanc with a dollop of Chardonnay to add richness. The wine is made according to traditional methods; during the bottle fermentation and maturation, it lies on lathes for more than 18 months.

This cuve is made according to the Mthode Traditionnelle process with two grape varieties: 70 % Cabernet Franc and 30% Gamay. Its color is of a delicate salmon pink. The bubbles are very fine and abundant, and are long-lasting in the flute. Its bouquet is very fruity. Hints of raspberry are noticeable and forecast the explosion of aromas of summer fruit when you taste it.
